"I wanted to share my experiences with Bob Hawkins State Farm Agent in Northern Colorado Springs and his incredible staff. I moved to Colorado about 4.5 years ago and have dealt with hail, storms, and other "fun" things Colorado brings to the table. Every time I have an issue, I make a call to the office and quite often get Bob to talk to, but that's not even needed. Bob's staff is so very competent that I rarely need to talk to the Bob the Agent. Christine (amazing with customers and knowledge), Jessica (awesome and so gracious), and I think her name is Jasmine (incredible at dealing with issues and policies) are fully competent and so very helpful with any issue I have, reviewing policies and coverage, and just being pleasant on the phone. I cannot tell you how different that is from so many other people. I have left messages often on the phone and they are promptly returned. I have called and this team answers the phone most times on the first ring and get immediate help. If there is a question (rare) that they cannot answer, they figure it out and call me back. Service, Service, Service is the name of this office. They make me feel very secure about my insurance needs and my current coverage. They call with with good news and bad news on my policies. They are professional and honestly I feel they care about my well being. I cannot recommend this team highly enough. Thanks for all the support and assistance! Gold Star Team Thank you!!"
